Delivery Information

• A flat rate charge of $7 for doorstep delivery by a reliable courier (our appointed delivery staff in Singapore only) for orders below $110.

• Free delivery on orders above $110 (within Singapore) and free delivery for scented sachets (only) via local normal post (Singapore Post Letterbox Delivery).

• Self-collection at specific location (through a ticket gate at MRT station) can be arranged on case-by-case and non urgent basis. Please send your request to order@scentmoments.com

• Estimated delivery times within Singapore are currently approximately 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends) subject to payment authorization and availability of stock. Please expect shipping delays during holidays, peak seasons and on our company's stocktaking period. If this happens, estimated delivery time may vary, it will take about 5 to 7 days. 

• Announcement: Please note that due to some new changes on our logistics/Warehouse arrangements, any orders during October 5, 2018 until October 19 ,2018 will be receiving their order on a Tuesday /Wednesday on the following (next) week. • In the event of a delay, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of this. Should you have any question on the delivery status, you may also contact Mrs Lim on her mobile: +65 94518023.

• Delivery will be based on your shipping address entered during registration. Please ensure your address is correct.

• A signature is required for all courier deliveries to a specific address. Deliveries time slots: between 8am-12noon, 12noon-5pm, 5pm-8pm.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to receive goods at the delivery address you give us. 

• International delivery (outside Singapore) cost vary depending on content and weight. Flat rate shipping is not valid on international orders. Please email us to receive a quote for international shipping.

• If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, or have any special delivery requirements please contact us on (65) 97572834 and/or (+66) 0988431187 and we will do everything we can to meet your need (this may incur extra delivery charges).
