Delivery Information

  • A flat rate charge of $7 for doorstep delivery by a reliable courier (Singapore only ) on orders below $110. Our appointed agent is TA-Q-BIN (Yamato Transport Pte. Ltd.)

  • Free delivery on orders above $110 (within Singapore) and free delivery for scented sachets (only) via local normal post (Singapore Post Letterbox Delivery).

  • Self-collection at specific location (through a ticket gate at MRT station) can be arranged on case-by-case and non urgent basis. Please send your request to

  • We can keep track of your parcel with TA-Q-BIN courier on its real-time tracking system. TA-Q-BIN tracking number is the number printed on the airway bill which will be attached to the parcel. This tracking number is tracable when using the parcel tracking system or when making inquiries through the call centre at TA-Q-BIN:1-800-2255888 (9am to 8pm).

  • Estimated delivery times within Singapore are currently approximately 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends) subject to payment authorization and availability of stock. Please expect shipping delays during holidays, peak seasons and on our company's stocktaking period. If this happens, estimated delivery time may vary, it will take about 5 to 7 days. 

  • Announcement: Please note that due to some new changes on our logistics arrangements, any orders during October 5, 2018 until October 19 ,2018 will be receiving their order on a Tuesday /Wednesday on the following (next) week.   • Delivery will be based on your shipping address entered during registration. Please ensure your address is correct.

  • A signature is required for all courier deliveries to a specific address. Deliveries time slots: between 8am-12noon, 12noon-5pm, 5pm-8pm.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that there is someone available to receive goods at the delivery address you give us. We are not able to send to PO Boxes or a change of shipping address after the goods was pick-up by TA-Q-BIN.

    If no one is there to receive the parcel, our appointed courier agent will leave note and a call can be made to make an alternative time to re-deliver.

  • International delivery (outside Singapore) cost vary depending on content and weight. Flat rate shipping is not valid on international orders. Please email us to receive a quote for international shipping.
