Orders & Returns


We will process order once payment is made.You will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchase and an order number.

You will also be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. To check on the status of any other order please email order@scentmoments.com

Providing goods are in stock, they are normally dispatched within 3 to 5 business days (weekday).  Should we encounter any stock discrepancy (out of stock), we will contact you quickly for an alternative before we process your PayPal payment. For more details, please refer to Delivery Page.

Note: Some of our goods are on Pre-Order basis. This could mean that we have ordered goods with our overseas suppliers and shipping is on the way. And we would process your order request via email as no payment is required until the goods are made available online. Generally, the goods will be made available within 2 to 3 weeks (or sooner).

Orders will be dispatched by SingPost Mail or Courier (door-to-door) depending on size and weight.

Please ensure you have made your selection carefully. It is important to note we do not exchange or refund on ‘change of mind.'

All our products are thoroughly checked before leaving our premises; we take extra care to enhance the packaging of glass products by using bubble wrap. Please ensure once you receive your order that you immediately check for any damage and call us immediately.

Authorisation to return Goods must be obtained prior to the return of any Goods. Exchange, return and/or refund of Goods is at the discretion of Scent Moments. Please email details to order@scentmoments.com within 48 hours.

Generally, for incorrect orders shipped or products purchased that contain manufacturer's defects, or where goods are believed to be faulty/damage, Scent Moments shall at its sole discretion replace if such defects are brought to our attention by email.

Please note that alll goods for return must be returned, unused and with the original packaging. You will be required to arrange and pay for return of the goods. When returning goods please include the packing slip that you received with them, so we can easily find your order and replace tiem to you accordingly. Please note that it is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Exchanges will be processed within 3 working days from the date the returned goods are received. Postage charges will be applied for any exchanges; these will be charged at the standard rate.

Scent Moments will not refund or re-ship any customer whose orders are not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Scent Moments by the delivery carrier.

If for any reason your order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Scent Moments, you will be notified via email that your order has been cancelled due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order subtotal. Shipping and handling and tax (if applicable) will not be refunded. Scent Moments will not re-ship any order that is classified as undeliverable and returned to us.
